We are based at the luxurious personal training studio at The Armitage, Marylebone. Here we have a full compliment of resistance and Life Fitness cardio equipment. Due to the exclusice nature of our studio, you will be able to train without distration or interruption. After your session you can relax and unwind in the stylich Jacuzzi and sauna.

Interview on LA Fitness Internet TV

I am doing an interview with LA Fitness internet TV this coming Wednesday where I will be talking about my training methods and my new training studio. I have also been asked to race against the presenter, Lydia Bailey, for entertainment purposes which should be a lot of fun!!! So watch this space!
